read moreAlan Hooper Snr was a highly skilled signwriter/sign maker. Running as a sole trader, he built up his sign business looking after many local brand name clients, including Newcastle Breweries, BBC, House of Fraser and Pumphreys. Sadly in 2015, he passed away at the age of 82. Even though he had been long time retired, he regularly you'd turn up to work to see what was happening and get involved in jobs when needed. In the late 8o's Alan Hooper the Signwriter expanded to become a team of 3, bringing in skilled trades people from different backgrounds.

If your after a rigid panel the majority of materials are available in 2500mm x 1250mm or 3000mm x 1550mm. Anything larger than this would involve joins. Another frequent question that has an infinite answer.
