Yesterday, Thursday 26th November, I visited your store in Kidlington around 10. 30 am with a view to buy a new washing machine. Found what I wanted in store, but wanted an hour to think about it. Telephoned back later that morning to confirm my purchase and paid with a debit card over the telephone. The washing machine was delivered about 4. 30 pm the same day. The man on my store visit was extremely helpful and took time to explain various options, and the gentleman who took my phone call to place my order, again, could not have been more helpful.
