Since qualifying as a Practitioner, I have worked in group clinics for two separate charities. In addition, I regularly treat private clients. I have practiced Reiki since 2002 when I completed My First Degree course in Nepal, my remaining training has been completed in the UK. This gives me excellent knowledge of Reiki allowing me to give a high standard of treatment to clients.

It does not require the client to remove any clothing, and it is not essential to have the use of oils. However Oils can be used if the client wishes. Taster sessions are available for private companies who wish to provide this service for their staff.

read moreFive to six needles are inserted in each ear. The treatment lasts for approximately 45 minutes. The client will sit quietly during this time and can do some Qi Gong (traditional Chinese self healing exercise) if they wish to. When the session is over, the practitioner removes the needles, and the client will have the option of having small magnets taped on to the pressure points to continue the treatment. All clients receive an individual consultation and treatment based on a personal assessment.

Yasmin has over two hours of massage techniques and training and she will select a sequence that best suits each individual client. Traditionally Thai Yoga Massage is a two hour treatment so that the whole body is worked on. Available online using google classroom, pre recorded video's & google meet, or in person.

read moreReiki can benefit many different conditions there is no condition that would not get some benefit from Reiki. Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing. It has traditional routes in Tibet, Japan. China and India and has connections with Buddhism. In fact Reiki comes from the Tibetan Buddhist texts and is spiritually based, with no religious connections. This allows any blocked energy in the chakras to be removed restoring and balancing the client's health and well being. Reiki is a very gentle treatment, it cannot do any harm to the patient it can only do good.
