read moreAs with Footgolf, Hinksey Heights has embraced this new game and was the first to offer a full 18 hole course in Europe when it opened in 2017. Our 1,750 yards par 72 course is set in rolling countryside with panoramic views over the city of Oxford. Using a kicking tee to start each hole, you can then punt, drop kick or pass the rugby ball into the hole but drop kicks must be taken when playing out of the rough. Whilst the emphasis of the game is enjoyment, playing will improve your kicking and passing skills and the score card will ensure a competitive edge to the round.

read moreVisitors are always welcome at Hinksey Heights Golf Club where they can enjoy 18 or 9 holes of golf. Tee times can be booked online or by calling reception on 01865 327775. We want every one of our guests to feel at home whatever activity they have come to enjoy. It should normally take around 4 hours to complete 18 holes but not everyone plays at the same speed, hence the importance of the rules update in 2019 and the normal etiquette of allowing people to play through when appropriate. We are busier at weekends, especially in the mornings when competitions are normally played, therefore we encourage new or less confident golfers to book at quieter times and in smaller groups to maintain the pace for all.
