Craig's a very nice guy. Made time to come across and look at my system, identified the fault quickly and advised on what my options were. Possibly too honest for his own good! Will always use in the future and would recommend you do too!

Craig and his team fitted a whole new central heating system including new pipe work and radiator s, the work was fantastic and done very quickly, they left the house very tidy and clean. I would recommend him to anyone they are very good tradesmen.

Craig serviced my boiler which included bleeding all the radiators, going in the loft to check the flue, checking carbon monoxide and even smoke alarms. In his words 'he's not the cheapest but he is thorough and takes the boiler apart to check and clean'. He was here for an hour so was worth what he charged. Will be using Highfields in the future.

Would highly recommend this company. Boiler had been dripping water after every time it finished and other companies had told me to just get a whole new system. Got in touch with Highfield and they came out and replaced the broken part and serviced it at a fair price as well. He also fixed a valve that had blown on the upstairs cylinder and again at a fair price. Couldn't do enough for me. Never once pushed more work then needed on me. Won't be going anywhere else now

Boiler in my house broke down I had no heating, no warm water and teperature outside was minus 2°C and it was just before Christmas so everyone was very busy. At start Highfield Plumbing and Heating had some delay for few days but later they shown empaty and were really helpfull. I finally got my heating and warm water in the house and I am very happy with the service. They also take card payments which was convenience.

Our hot water malfunctioned, no showers or washing up (great if you are a teen!) we have a toddler so wasn't a fabulous situation! They came out straight away, diagnosed the issues got the parts and now we can wash all the pots and get showered again! Hooray! Contacted this company yesterday to ask for somebody to come and look at a leak in our airing cupboard, and they came out within 24 hours, Kieran found the issue and resolved it within minutes, hopefully the floor dries out soon from the leak! Craig and Craig were great and excellent. They agreed to do the job within few minutes. Their charges were very reasonable. They installed my new gas on glass hob, glass splash back and new tap. They were very professional, friendly and neat. They knew what needed to be done right away and did the job quickly and easily. I was so relaxed when they were doing the job. I recommend them 100%. Craig and his team stepped in when we got let down at last minute by another plumber. They were able to meet our requirements and tight time schedule so that our window installation could still go ahead. We agreed a price that worked for us both and the job was done. Craig is such a perfectionist in his work and will not leave the job until he is absolutely happy.

Rang this company after trying everyone on Google, he was local and said he was busy but was so so helpful and came to look at our boiler after his long working day, to diagnosis our problems. Craig booked us in for the Monday (2 days later) and did exactly that, he came back so fast as promised and fixed the pump, then he found the boiler isn't even fitted correctly, and we was still without heat and water, he came back the same day with more tools and took time out of his busy schedule to help a desperate family with a little baby boy, he really went above and beyond, very well mannered, doesn't judge and most of all, hes a cracking workman, tidy, professional and most definitely wouldn't ring anyone else for boiler repairs, and in the future I will be asking Craig to fit a new boiler, but for now we are warm and clean, hes an angel a true gent reliable and hard working, thanks Craig from a very happy mummy and daddy who now have a warm baby x

Had a leak on my boiler, of course it was a Sunday! Sent Craig a message and he responded within minutes, was at my address within the hour and repair carried out quickly. Overall good service and great communication.

I couldn't recommend Craig enough! Not only did he come out New Year's Day evening to initially quote but has also worked tirelessly today to replace my old boiler system to a combi; replacing five radiators and installing a shower. He stayed very late until the job was finished to ensure that we had heating and hot water. Craig is extremely knowledgeable, very passionate about his job and very particular. I wouldn't hesitate to use Craig again and will be doing so and without a doubt I will be recommending him to friends and family.

So I recently moved into my home and a home owners worst nightmare came true: the boiler broke down. Craig attended this job and made it one of his priorities (I have 2 small children). The boiler had to be condemned due to the wrong pipes being fitted to it initially. It had never been serviced. Whilst doing the boiler service he showed me the filth that came out; it was shocking.
