He then said that he couldn't wait in the car park because he would have incurred a parking fine. The journey was then marked as complete. I called the taxi firm and they said I was a no show. When I pointed out that I had been waiting since before the pickup time they sent the driver back. Unfortunately I missed my train. Driver was slightly late so we needed to wait at departures vs being greeted at arrivals.
