Thought the location is rural we're only about 6 miles from junction 12 on the M65. Making us an perfect location, for touring Lancashire. W Yorkshire, The Lakes. With many of places to visit within a hours drive. The walking is great as well. The farm is now a tiny family operated riding school, with the holiday homes in one area of the yard. And the riding school in another with it's own parking and access.
