Harrogate Karate

At Harrogate Karate we teach safe, non-contact martial arts. Our syllabus is centred around karate and self-defence. Karate is suitable for anyone of any fitness level from the age of five upwards. Master Janet McKenna, holds the rank of Black Belt Fifth Dan and she is the Chief Instructor for Master Johnson's Karate in the North of England. Our fun and friendly classes are perfect for the entire family. This is a great way to get fit while learning an ancient martial art which improves self-confidence, self-discipline and self-defense. The 1st class is free, so get out your tracksuit and come along.
