read moreOnce you have been accepted as a patient your medical records will be transferred to us. You do not need to inform your existing practice that you are moving, although it may be courteous to do so. If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one you can receive emergency treatment from the local GP practice for 14 days. After 14 days you will need to register as a temporary or permanent patient. You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months.

read moreWhen requesting a repeat prescription, please use the repeat prescription form provided with your last prescription. Please clearly indicate those items that you need. Either hand in the form to reception or post the form to us. You may also fax the request to us. For reasons of safety and confidentiality, we will not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions. We deal with many hundreds of repeat prescription requests each week and each prescription needs to be carefully checked and printed before it can be signed.

read moreAs per the government guidelines, from Monday 15th June it is essential that all patients aged 3 years and over wear a face mask or face covering if you are visiting the surgery. These face coverings should cover both your mouth and your nose. Patients who arrive without a mask or covering will be unable to enter the surgery and asked to re-book their appointment.
