Guido's

Guidos is possibly one of the most well known hairdressers in the field of Middlesbrough. The establishment was established in 1961 after the shops owner Guido Battista arrived in the UK from native Italy. After working in Swansea, Guido decided to relocate to Middlesbrough, it was here he opened a salon in Russell Street called 'Italian Hairdressers' the 1st of its kind in the town. Eventually when other hair salons opened with the same Italian theme, he changed the name to Guido's Hairfashions.
