Grimsby & Cleethorpes Yacht Club was established in 1947 with the aim of promoting the sport of sailing at a competitive cost for all. The Club currently has a dinghy section sailing Albacore dinghies all year round. There are berths available for 50 yachts up to 40ft in length. The yachts actively race and cruise in and around the Humber from April to November. We would like to inform you that as well as the usual Club Events for 2010, we'll be trying to improve club attendance on quite nights.mainly Fridays)

read moreWe are located near the town centre of Grimsby, where the Union Dock meets the Alexandra Dock and can be accessed 24 hours a day from the River Humber via the Royal Dock. We have about 50 yacht moorings available to members with the capability to take yachts up to 40ft moorings do become available so if you are looking for a mooring on the East Coast at very competitive rates please contact our moorings officer and check availability. Details under the membership section of this website. The club has a Cruiser Section, a Dinghy Section and is a recognised RYA Training Centre for Dinghy Training and Shorebased Courses.
