I have recently rented my property with Greenaway Residential Estate Agency in Crawley and I am very happy with the service provided; the whole process was very straight forward and the interest from the public (once the advertising was live) came back almost immediately.Also, having known the current branch manager from years ago (I've rented my first house in Crawley with Greenway back in 2004..!) as a tenant, I was happy with their service, now as landlord.. I am even happier as they will pay me rather than the other way around. Humour on the side, all staff are wonderful, friendly and very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend; quick response over the phone, email, etc, I always receive updates of what's going on as I am now living far away but I have the peace of mind that my property is being taken care of.

Once you have viewed a property and terms have been agreed, we will we write to both yourself and the Landlord to confirm what has been agreed. We will then ask you to sign our terms and conditions, and we will also request a holding deposit equivalent of one weeks rent.
