read moreThe installation team consists of a surveyor, Installation Manager, and three teams of fully qualified HETAS and Gas safe registered engineers. We pre-visit, manage, prepare, and complete the installation all from the same premise as our showroom which means we have an excellent communication with the sales team. Members of each team overlap each other so everyone fully understands what it takes to make sure you not only receive a great product but a 5 star service to go with it. Because all work is managed in house there are no grey areas of who is responsible for your fireplace, unlike a company only interested in sales that would sub contract an installer who then accepts no responsibility and plays the blame game at your expense and time.
