My first experience with Grand Union was excellent. I enquired via the online form on their website and received a call from Mitch early the next morning. Later that afternoon he had diagnosed and resolved the issue that was causing my boiler to leak, and provided me with some useful information on my boiler, potential points of failure and how to spot the warning signs. With his help my ageing boiler will see me through another winter. I'll be asking GU to quote for a bigger project next year.

Grand Union helped us out so much with the vast amount of work that needed doing to both our en-suite and main bathroom. Grand Union Plumbing and Heating were contacted by my landlord when I had no hot water. A pleasant, polite young man was sent around the same day. He had already correctly diagnosed the issue before attending based on the information I had provided my Landlord so had the correct part to hand and was able to fix the problem sharpish. Excellent service received from Grand Union. They found my boiler was damaged (showed me all the faults) and did everything they could have to find a replacement. No hard sell, just honest feedback. Love these guys, have been using them for years and will keep using them for years in the future. They're helpful, do amazing work each and every time, and are respectful of your home, both Andy and Cory took their shoes off when they came into the house recently, Cory put down dust sheets when he was fitting my new radiator in the bathroom (tiled floor wipes clean, but still put it down).
100% recommend them for any and all plumbing works and looking forward to having them do more work for me later in the year.

We needed our boiler serviced fairly quickly as it was making lots of noise. I found Grand Union on Trustpilot for companies working in or near Newport Pagnell.
I filled in the request form & Mitch phoned me very quickly & the service was booked for 2 days away.
I had a message early in the morning & another one saying the engineer was due in 7 minutes.
Andy serviced the boiler checking everything throughly & explained what he was doing. A really lovely man & I would recommend this nice company fully.
