Grant Phillip Lowes Estate Agents was originally founded back in 2008, as a specialist lettings and property management firm operating out of Sunderland and covering the surrounding countryside under the GPL Lettings brand. Having built a strong platform giving clients an expert service, value for money and a individual touch, no matter what time of the day, Grant decided to expand the business into both Sales and Lettings and open an office in the heart of Sunderland in October 2009.
