Gopetz is operated by Gareth and Heather James, Gareth is responsible for all the dog walking and home boarding services and Heather deals with the pet sitting and cat feeding services. Together they created Urbantails.co.uk in London, and after 5 years it became the top professional pet care business with over one hundred dog walking customers. Gareth and Heather relocated to the North East of England and finding a lack of professional pet care in the area, Gopetz was created.
