read moreThe Princess Mary Drawing Room is the perfect space for your civil ceremony, wedding breakfast or evening reception. The light pours in through the three vast double aspect windows, creating a marvellous bright and airy atmosphere. An elegant Challen baby grand piano resides in this state room, and you are welcome to use it to accompany your ceremony. The drawing room can cater for up to 150 guests for a civil ceremony or up to 150 when used in conjunction with the adjoining Library and Conservatory Bar for an evening reception.

We offer a number of opportunities to dine at the hall from 5-course Tasting menu or the Royal tasting menu. Dining is available from Wednesday to Sunday (1st August 2020 to 28th February 2021) for both resident and non-resident guests, although table booking is required. Our Head Chef and his talented team use only premium quality, locally sourced produce, including fresh herbs and vegetables from our own kitchen garden, to create dishes that consistently surprise and delight.

While the gardens are not generally open to the public, Goldsborough Hall is proud to continue the tradition started by HRH Princess Mary (who lived here in the 1920s) of opening them twice a year as part of the National Garden Scheme. The Hall also opens the gardens for our Snowdrop Festival for seven days in February and new for 2021 a Rose Day in June. Afternoon tea & lunch guests and Hall residents are free to stroll round the royal gardens at their leisure.
