I get asked many times, where did the name come from, is your name Glen, is it a mountain range etc? My business partner (and still a good friend to this day) in London at the time was Lithuanian. Ray Venckus and I worked together since 2001, getting stronger, picking up larger clients every year. At this point, legally, we had no option, but to form a company. We came up with many names, to which we put forward to friends in marketing and advertising.
