After having a busy time on the lead up to holidays the passport was the last on the list to pack. No problem though as my husband knows the one and only safe place for the passports right?? Wrong!! With only 6 hours till we leave for the airport and 9 1/2 till our flight the house was turned upside down. No passport. Following the online instructions my husband done all he could paper work wise and calling the police to make them aware as everyone should do when a passport is lost or stolen. My very emotional husband arranged an appointment once again through the web page which is easy to follow. When he arrived at the Glasgow passport office the service he received left him even more emotional. What a fabulous team and extremely helpful in every way possible. They soon got my husband sorted out and he came and joined us on our family holiday. Can not thank this team enough!!!! Amazing thank you loads from all the family

read moreWhat an amazing place. My fianc realised that he had lost his passport on Sunday night and we were panicking as we were due to fly out on Wednesday morning. Turns out his passport had been handed into the police and was shredded. He managed to get an appointment at the Passport office on Monday PM and by Tuesday PM he had a brand new passport. It was more expensive having to do it this way but I cannot thank the staff enough for sorting this out. Its been very stressful and we are in desperate need of a holiday having had a busy year this year so you have absolutely made our week!!! Thank you so much!!!

read moreSo I had an absolute nightmare when I realised on the Thursday night that my daughters passport had expired (have no idea why I hadnt noticed sooner) and we fly out the following Thursday. Was worried sick and couldnt sleep for thinking about it but went to the passport office first thing on the Friday morning with all the documentation that I needed without an appointment and hoping for a miracle. The security staff couldnt have been any nicer and the receptionist went above and beyond to help me get a passport for my daughter. It was ready the next day!!! My daughter was over the moon as was I. Best service ever!!!

read moreCan't fault this service. Staff went above and beyond to help me out of the stupid situation I had got myself into. Rushed through the passport quicker than it should have gone so that we could get on holiday (only discovered 3 days before that passport had expired!). Big shout out to Donna who didn't laugh at me when I nearly started crying, showed no judgement on my stupidity and kept me calm! Reception staff were great with my kids when I went to collect. Great manner, friendly, helpful staff from entering to exiting. Fantastic office and staff!

The UK government set out a 2-year limit in 2017 for us to leave and we were originally expected to officially leave the EU on March 29th this year. The government voted against the withdrawal agreement three times leading to the deadline for leaving the EU to be extended twice sine the 29th of March and the current deadline is the 31st October 2019. If the government fail. If you are travelling to your destination within four weeks you may need to visit a local Passport Office.
