My philosophy as a therapist is to supply advice, encouragement and practical aid, enabling people to create positive changes in their lives for greater well-being. As each person is an exceptional personal, treatments are tailored to meet each persons particular requirements; whether it's to improve health, for relaxation or to initiate change. My priority is to help others towards health, inner well-being and balance. I have over eight years knowledge as a complementary therapist, and am dedicated to ongoing professional training to maintain my skills and learn new aspects.
