The following, by way of example, provides and overview to a broad range, but very small selection, of the instructions that we have received and the nature of our experience. Commercial Offices - This project was taken from feasibility cost planning. We developed outline proposals with the design team. The next stage was to develop detailed project proposals and cost estimates. We carried out the preparation of employers requirements and tender documents, tendering and the evaluation of tenders; this was followed by all post contract quantity surveying and commercial management associated with this project.
