We are fully registered with local environmental health authorities and have been awarded a Five Star Food Hygiene Rating. Gastronomy has a fully equipped pop up kitchen so can expertly provide a first class outdoor event catering service in the remotest of locations. outdoor.

We are passionate about our food and its quality, so every item prepared by Gastronomy for our clients is handcrafted from raw ingredients by our team of creative chefs in our production kitchen. The components of your menu are prepared, then transported to the event location, be it a venue, marquee or private home. Once there it is skillfully, cooked, assembled and the final touches added to create a product of the highest quality.

Gastronomy only use fresh locally sourced ingredients, we respond to the changing seasons, support good animal husbandry practices, and favour sustainable & fairtrade produce. We only work with suppliers who share our values, who in turn ensure that we receive produce of the very highest quality.

We offer complimentary tastings for clients, where you can sample several dishes. Talk face-to-face with our chefs and fine-tune your menu to make sure everythings perfect from taste, presentation to sauces. We can advise on new styles in china, crockery and tabletop decorations to complement the chosen menu. Tastings can fit around your busy schedule, during the day, in the evenings or at the weekend.
