Have been a builder now for 28 years. As the owner of the company, I set the standards that I expect the lads to maintain. I try to lead by example, and I feel very lucky because my staff has completely bought into my work ethic. I take full and individual responsibility for guaranteeing a very high quality of workmanship. I have a tiny staff, with a diverse skill set, allowing us to accommodate a huge and varied set of services.
