Fresch is a Basingstoke based Buffet Caterer or Catering Service. We're however different to most other caterers in a number of ways. Unlike most buffet caterers we make majority of our snack items and all our sandwich fillings ourselves using time tested recipes. This way we understand that they are fresh, healthy and free of many of the preservatives and nasties found in the factory made products. We use nice quality, local ingredients and believe that without nice quality ingredients it's impossible to make nice food.

read moreBack in 2004, Tim John & Peta bought Cliffy's Caterers. Seeing as none of them were called Cliff they decided to change the name, and the food, to something they were passionate about. Freshness! Ever since then they have been making hand-made Fresh Buffets and supplying them to more and more Companies. Peta & John have pretty much retired now, but Tim and the intrepid team of Chefs are still hard at work keeping those buffets Fresh and on time, every time. As our name suggests, we think food is best Fresh!
