Both traditional (body) and auricular acupuncture have theirorigins in China and date back over 2000 years. If you were being treated for Sciatica for example, the Sciatica acupoint would be stimulated, this would then treat the Sciatic nerve. The acupuncture points can be stimulated by needles, tiny electrical currents, press studs or press needles.
