CDM encompasses a huge array of regulations to aid guide the customer and contractors through each stage of construction. Here at FoxRobinson we currently have specialists with many years knowledge who can assist both parties, whether its acting as the CDM Co-ordinator, advising on principal contractors / contractors or pre construction and construction phase plans. The work of a Building Surveyor is varied, and may include analysis of building defects and advising on remedial measures, developing planned maintenance programmes.
