Ferndown Estates is a family owned business. Father and son staff, John and Ian Crampton set up Ferndown originally in March 2000. During 2003 it was decided to open an estate agents in Marston Green, Birmingham; more by popular demand than anything else. The local community were in need of an alternative outlet for selling and buying their properties. It seemed a natural progression as this would compliment the mortgage and general insurance business that was already being written.
