We're located in the pretty hills of Yorkshire and provide a world huge service. I, Steph White, began the firm as I was tired that I could never find that special fascinator for me! As I have always been a creative person I began to make Fascinators and Tiaras for my friends weddings, parties and Ladies Day at the horse races. They speedily became popular, so I turned the pass time into a tiny business with the idea of helping other people whom are in the situation I was in - The idea behind Fascinators by Design was born.
