We are looking forward to welcoming new patients from Grosvenor Place Surgery and Monmouth Surgery in the coming months. The Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has written to patients of these two surgeries to tell them which practice they will be transferring to in February or March 2021 before the surgeries close on 31 March 2021.

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability. We may ask you to pay before the work is undertaken.

read moreOur Patient Reference Group is a group of registered patients whom we consult with via occasional emails and at meetings held 2-3 times each year. The aim of the group is to help us to develop and improve our services to patients. We would like this group to be as representative as possible of our wider Practice population and welcome input from male and female patients of all ages and ethnic origins, workers, unemployed, retired, students, people with long term illnesses or disabilities, carers etc.

read moreThe Practice is located at a purpose built health centre in the North East of Bath, with a list size of 12,000 patients. We are a young (ish!) enthusiastic partnership keen to offer a high level of patient care. The Practice benefits from having District Nurses, Health Visitors, Chiropody, Counselling and Physiotherapy on site. The close association with these members of the primary health care team promotes effective communication and an appreciation of the skills of other health care professionals.
