Excess Properties specialises in domestic lettings and property management. We currently have offices in Leeds and Barnsley and are registered with the government backed National Approved Lettings Scheme and the Ombudsman for Estate Agents, providing that extra peace of mind. Excess Properties will open its 2nd branch on Church Street, Royston, Barnsley, on Thursday 29th January 2009. From this branch we'll be covering Barnsley and its surrounding areas.
