In our experience most common stair doors are secured by an intercom system and Yale type lock with electric release. To illegally gain entry to these common doors can take less than 10 seconds giving a burglar access to the common stair and relative privacy to then gain entry to individual flats within the block. We supply and fit high security abloy electric locks that would prevent this ease of access.

If we do not have the mechanical lock in stock we can usually obtain this within 24 hours. We can make up tailored master suites to suit the customer's individual requirements. We can key locks to operate from the same key; this may be a Yale type lock or say a Chubb mortice lock where one key would operate the front and back door.
