'Shi Kon International was established by Steve Rowe eighth Dan in 1988 as an international 'friendship' association to further the ethos of traditional martial arts training and to advise and support each personal to become the finest that they can. To this end, Shi Kon arrange top level seminars and tournaments in the UK and abroad with top level instructors. Each year there is a Summer Camp at Jizerka in the mountains in the Czech Republic, 2009 will the the nineteenth year of the Camp.
