Dean came over to give us a quote and there was no question unanswered. He took extra care to understand our needs (we have a dog, young children, ground to be levelled) and talked us through exactly what the process involved. After having several companies over to quote, we felt so happy and very confident to book Essex Artificial Grass to carry out the work. There was a team of 6 who were extremely professional and friendly men who made sure I was kept up to date throughout the whole job. I cannot believe how much my garden has transformed. We have gone from a patchy, muddy sunken garden to a beautifully levelled green lawn which we have had so many compliments on! What a great bunch Dean and his crew are. Friendly and professional approach from coming round to giving us an estimate to the finish of the job. Although our garden had some sloping issues, Dean was able to offer us a solution which gave us a great result. All we need to do now is to sell the lawnmower and enjoy our fantastic new garden. Dean and team just did my garden and in all honesty I was left speechless, the transformation is unreal! The minute I met Dean for a quote I felt immediately at ease and knew he would do a proper job. It wasn't until they started that I realised how truly good they are. The respect they give your property, the clean way they work and the huge amount of preparation that goes into getting the job done right is impressive to say the least and they don't just deliver a job, the passion and attention to detail that goes into it couldn't have been bettered.
