We offer two types of massage therapy, which vary according to therapeutic purposes and performance techniques: HOLISTIC MASSAGE session, besides relaxing massage, is designed helping focus one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique. May be helpful managing depression, anxiety, negative feelings and emotions, stress, balancing body and mind. SPORTS / DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE session is entirely bodywork, using deep pressure combined with special manual techniques, medium to fast pace of the movement, active/passive stretching. Trigger point therapy. Can be part of training regime, rehab., good in managing back, shoulder, neck and other muscle pain and lack of mobility.
