Emmanuel Church Oxford

Churches in Oxford, Oxfordshire
Churches in Oxford, Oxfordshire Emmanuel Church Oxford is a Newfrontiers Church which was planted in 2005 by David and Margaret Coak. David had already planted and founded churches in Haywards Heath (Mid Sussex) and Cambridge. It was during a phone call with an apostolic leader in Newfrontiers that the possibility of planting into Oxford 1st arose. And having sensed the call of God David and Margaret moved from Cambridge, with a tiny group of committed friends. Right from the begining a committed core group gathered and before long David and Margaret had invited Nick and Tanya Chatrath.

About Us
read moreWe would love to connect you with one of our smaller Connect Groups, or our weekly online prayer event. We're also available for online / phone call support with pastoral pressures or to chat about your journey of faith and help talk through your questions. Everything we have is a gift from God, and if we are to make a significant contribution to the flourishing of our city then it matters how we use our resources. Emmanuel Church is funded purely by the donations of those who attend, and the money we receive is invested in various ways: projects serving different communities within Oxford, centrally run programmes, and staff and accommodation costs.
