Reception will advise you on this process due to the regular changing guidelines. The practice will refuse an application if you reside outside the practice area or if the list is closed. You will not be refused for any other reason. We are currently accepting registrations from patients that live within the practice boundaries. We are not registering patients who live outside of the practice boundary.
