I went in yesterday after been referred via the NHS. The staff cared for me from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The optician explained every step that would happen after I left the shop with an issue with one of my eyes. Everything she explained to me happened. It was a totally different experience that I had compared to other opticians that I've used before. Once I'm sorted I will be back

I have been coming here for several years now and will not go anywhere else. Excellent service and advice from the ladies when picking my frames. Emily had a lot of time to spend with me when choosing my two pairs, Tom Ford and FaceaFace and nothing was too much trouble for her with all the different frames I tried on. She had plenty of patience. I love both my pairs of specs. Thank you and will see you again soon.

I recommend Edwards and Walker opticians a hundred per cent, from the amazing service to the stunning selection of optical frames available. I am over the moon with my new Face a Face glasses and as an Image Consultant and Personal Stylist believe that eyewear is also a fashion accessory so should be updated - particularly if you update your look and the team here odder expert advice in order to do that. The aftercare service is also fabulous so overall a perfect experience.
