We have been inspected and audited by the National Examining Board for Dental Nurses and our training course is fully accredited.

read moreWe attach the upmost importance to infection control. We have a dedicated sterilisation room equipped with three autoclaves, ultrasonic instrument cleaning bath, handpiece processing unit and instrument tray sealing equipment. Our sterilisation room is managed by Elaine Lawrence who is fully trained and completed 17 years as a hospital sterilising department technician before joining us in 2005. Our autoclaves are maintained on a service contract and serviced every 4 months. Elaine carries out "time, steam and temperature" checks every morning and afternoon and the results of these tests are recorded for reference.

read moreWhen you make an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We do not double book appointments. If you are unable to attend, we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice, in which case there is no charge for the cancelled appointment.

read moreWe normally ask for payment at each visit. We accept payment by Cash, Cheques with guarantee card, Debit Card, Visa Card, MasterCard. If you require extensive treatment, we can phase this over a period to suit.
