Eastside Dental Centre

I recently moved Dentist and was a little apprehensive as I had a good relationship with my old dentist and only moved out of private dentist because financial circumstances had changed.
I was pleasantly surprised with my new dentist Tom he was really knowledgeable and happy to explain things to me. He seems to genuinely care about his patients and this is exactly what I was looking for.
I was instantly reassured that I had made the right decision to move to this dental surgery.

I have been using Eastside Dental for around 3 years, after loosing my NHS Dentist.
I went to Eastside Dental initially as an emergency appointment through the 101 service, at the time they weren't taking on any NHS Patients. So the option of going private was suggested to me. I had to have an examination before I could become a private patient with Eastside Dental, which highlighted a few issues that I needed corrected before I could go into the private plan. This did cost me quite substantially, but once this was done I have been a regular there, I can honestly say I am so glad that I went through with this. As the level of service you get from Eastside Dental is outstanding there professionalism, care , knowledge is absolutely amazing they really do care about you how they talk through everything with you so that you understand in great detail. They will always go above and beyond for you. My dentist is Mark and all of the above applies to him, I would never go back to being a NHS Patient nor would I ever use another dentist.
So a big thank you to all of you @ Eastside Dental you're very much appreciated.

I had my first appointment as a new patient with Dr Williams yesterday and left feeling incredibly pleased that I chose Eastside as my new practice.
All of the staff that I encountered before my appointment, both on the phone and when I arrived, were so professional and pleasant.
Dr Williams is by far the best dentist I have ever had; he is such a warm gentleman who explained absolutely everything to me and even showed me my x-ray of my teeth! It was such a quick yet simultaneously thorough appointment.
