A section 20 must be served on any leaseholder who will be affected by the work or receive the service. The section 20 will include information about what is planned and how much it is estimated to cost. James has specialism in delivering planned maintenance and responsive repair works, providing the role of contract administrator and principal designer duties.

He provides surveys, site supervision/contract administration, advice for landlords and tenants on dilapidations claims and produces of schedules of works and specifications. Before joining Easton Bevins as a Building Surveyor, Ben had experience working for an international construction company and his background assists with his day to day work carrying out Contract Administration and Site Supervision.
