Eastbourne Dynamos Football Club was established by a group of friends who decided they could run a club better than several of the teams they had played for. They believed that the staff should be picked on who is playing well at the current time and who turns up for training on a regular basis. Your name, past club's or history should not guarantee you a place in the staff. Nor should the fact that you know the director or are friends with someone involved in the club.
