Here at East Riding Country Pork we produce our own premium quality farm reared pork and provide direct to our clients. We use traditional skills, methods and recipes to produce deliciously flavoured pork and bacon products. E Riding Country Pork is located in the village of Halsham, 18 miles from Hull, in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Peter Kirkwood, a pig farmer of over thirty five years is a producer of prime quality pork, he set up East Riding Country Pork in July 2000.

read moreOur cured products are traditionally dry cured, this means that salts are rubbed into the skin and left to cure for 3 weeks before sale. This ensures optimum 'mmmm' quality once eaten. A taste you will never forget and will leave your mouth watering for more! We traditionally dry cure our own bacon using pork from our farm in Yorkshire however due to supply and demand we occasionally outsource the supply of our gammon products. All of these products are of the highest quality and may have EU origin.

PULLED PORK/Hog Roast at Home- is the most fashionable cut of the year, it is perfect for ‘feeding the 5000' with minimal effort and maximum taste. Using the Pork Shoulder joint, use a paprika rub (or salt and pepper) and slow cook for at least 5 hours for a succulent hog roast at home. A great alternative to the traditional BBQ!
