We always try to ship your order as soon as possible. Most items will be sent within three working days. However some items may be temporarily out of stock, so we ask you to allow up to ten working days for delivery. You may receive separate packages which arrive on different days. If you are not normally at home during the day, we can provide the order to your office or neighbours. When providing to an alternative address we may need to carry out additional credit card security checks which can delay despatch by a day.
