In addition to providing cover, we aim to be actively involved in advising on accidents and handling claims. We consider policy cover and the impact of making a claim on future insurance arrangements as soon as being notified of a claim, and advise on the best course of action. We try to be actively involved in managing our clients' insurance arrangements: if we need details regarding a proposed vehicle purchase, it may be easier for us to ask the supplying dealer direct for the information; if a client considers purchasing a high theft risk vehicle we discuss security options; if a policyholder has particular needs such as regular foreign travel or the ability to add drivers from overseas at a later date, we try to find a policy that fits these needs at outset.
