read moreYour dogs welfare is our primary concern and comes above all else. We will not groom any dog that is showing signs of illness and distress or has any excessive skin condition. Dogs must be over Four months old before we will accept them for grooming, and all dogs must be fully vaccinated. We will not force a dog to undergo any procedure such as brushing or bathing if your dog becomes too distressed or if any such procedure may cause your dog pain. Dogs with matted or excessively knotted coats will not be groomed unless we recommend and agree to a complete clip down.
