Disability Resource Exchange

The Disability Resource Exchange (DRE) had its beginnings back in 1988 with the setting up of a local Access Group and, in 1990, an information Services Group. These two groups merged in 1991 to become the Crewe and Nantwich Access and Information Group, changing its name in 1992 to South Cheshire Access and Information Group. When this group became a Charitable Company ltd by Guarantee in 1995 it took as its new name 'The Disability Resource Exchange'
