Initially we'll check your PC (upto 3 PC's or Laptops in your household includes printers and router) for Viruses and spyware, basically give your PC an MOT. We provide you 24/7 Telephone support. We install remote control software (secure) so we can access your desktops to resolve your problems in real time (8am-8pm 7 Days a week) This includes 2 on site call out during that minimum period. The above excludes any extra hardware/software that requirements to be purchased.
