If however, you have an issue in relation to your procedure or service at Design 4 Life we encourage you to come and talk to your artist or piercer direct about it. You are entitled to lodge a complaint in writing or by email. The complaint will be conveyed to the Artist or Piercer who undertook to the procedure. Where this cannot be resolved immediately, you will receive a letter within 7 days to confirm that an investigation into the matter is underway and that a response will be made as soon as is possible.

Only high quality titanium Jewellery is used and the cost of any change down in jewellery is included in the cost of the piercing. All Piercings are done on a Walk In basis, no appointment is required. We will not tattoo or pierce anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, we also reserve the right to refuse a tattoo or piercing without explanation.
