Denham Homes was established in 2001 by Managing Director, Harry Shepherd-Cross following 8 years with Persimmon Homes. Soon joined by the current staff, all of whom have volume housebuilding experience, the Company has embarked on a remarkably varied portfolio of developments. Versatility has been the key to the Company's success and the capability to work with partners across the domestic and commercial property field.
