read moreEvery wiring job that Deacon Electrics complete is fully tested and inspected, and our Clients are provided with a full Completion Certificate, conforming to the NICEIC standards. We are also available to carry out Periodic Inspections in order for properties to meet their insurance requirements. Where historic certificates are available, these need only be sample surveys where a percentage of the circuits are tested and an appropriate update to the Certificate is made. Alternatively, a full survey can be carried out, re-testing all circuits to issue you with a Periodic Inspection Certificate, again conforming to the NICEIC standards.

At Deacon Electrics we first seek to understand our Clients intended usage, both now and with some future planning, in order to establish the total circuit loading requirements. We design the main distribution system and subsequent cabling from this to the final circuits, ensuring the management and control of the overall load to the wiring system. Once we know your KVA rating for each of the individual appliances intended to be on the system, we can build up the picture of the total load, being fully conscious of the circuits inductance and capacitance based on the different types of equipment being planned.
